Our approach

We process as little personal data as possible. This website is static: no database, user accounts, mailing list or trackers. Apart from technically necessary connection data, we process only the information you provide when buying a licence or contacting us.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. and delivered through Cloudflare’s infrastructure. Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested page and browser type) to deliver the website and ensure its security. This may produce aggregated server-side page-view statistics, without cookies, JavaScript beacons or persistent identifiers. These statistics are not linked to your identity. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. Standard contractual clauses under Article 46 GDPR apply to any transfers to third countries.

Contact by email

When you write to us, we process your email address and message to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries), or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract.

The app at /app/

The Truhe app runs in your browser on your device. Your bill is read, the amount calculated and the documents created there. None of this is uploaded, either to us or to an AI service. Your bill never leaves your device.

Once the app has fully loaded, you can check bills and prepare documents offline. Initial loading, updates, contacting us and buying a licence need an internet connection.

For orders and invoicing, we process your company details, billing address, email address, consumption year and licence tier. The licence request email contains your company name, consumption year and licence tier; you send the message yourself. We use the order information to issue the invoice and deliver the licence. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract). We retain invoice data for as long as statutory retention requirements demand.

This website does not set cookies or use comparable browser storage technologies for tracking.

Links to third-party services open the provider’s own page. Third-party content is neither embedded nor loaded in advance. If you follow a link, the provider receives connection data. Its own privacy and cookie notices apply on its website.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection (Article 21).

Please send requests to support@truhe.app. Your right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR remains unaffected.
