Provider
R&R Spiele UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Emeranstraße 23, 85622 Feldkirchen, Germany. Contact person: Roux du Toit. Telephone: +49 162 785 0608. Email: support@truhe.app1. Purpose
Truhe is software that businesses use to prepare their own applications for tax relief under § 9b StromStG and § 54 EnergieStG. The software reads information from your bills (as PDFs), calculates according to fixed rules and creates documents. It works in the same way for every user.
2. No tax advice
The provider does not provide assistance in tax matters or assess individual cases. You enter and verify your information yourself. You or your tax adviser determine whether the conditions are met. You or your tax adviser submit the application. Support is limited to using the software.
3. Licence and price
Viewing the estimated amount is free. Creating documents requires a licence for each business and consumption year, priced according to annual electricity consumption: up to 50 MWh €79, 50 to 150 MWh €149, 150 to 500 MWh €399, and over 500 MWh €699. All prices are net, plus VAT.
A licence is offered only when the estimated relief exceeds the licence price including VAT. Otherwise, the software shows both amounts and does not sell a licence.
Payment is by invoice and bank transfer. The licence is delivered after payment is received and applies to the selected business and consumption year. It does not renew automatically.
4. Licences for later consumption years
You can request a new licence for each later consumption year. There is no automatic renewal or debit.
5. Refunds
We do not offer voluntary refunds for a licence that has already been used to create documents. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to defects, remain unaffected.
6. Your data
Your bill never leaves your device. The software reads, calculates and creates documents in your browser on your device. Bill files and consumption data are not transferred to the provider or third parties, uploaded or used to train AI systems. For orders and invoicing, we process your company details, billing address, email address, consumption year and licence tier. More information: Privacy.
7. Updates
Rates and deadlines are stored with their applicable periods. If the law changes, the software is updated. It does not calculate for periods for which no values have been stored.
8. Liability
The provider has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical of the contract, up to the licence price. The provider does not guarantee the accuracy of your information or the decision of the main customs office.
